Thielert Vermögensverwaltung rejects accusations as unfounded

Hamburg - Thielert AG has learned through media reports that the German Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) is investigating whether voting rights were correctly disclosed at the time of the company's IPO. The accusations come from a former major shareholder.

The accusations do not concern Thielert AG but Thielert Vermögensverwaltungs GmbH (TVV), which is accused of not having fully disclosed voting rights.

After a thorough investigation, TVV regards these accusations as being completely without foundation. In addition, TVV believes that these accusations are connected to a lawsuit, which Frank Thielert filed against this former major shareholder in December. As part of their investigations, the public prosecutor's office has already carried out extensive house searches at properties owned by the former major shareholder and taken away materials.

RA Harms, TVV's legal representative, said "TVV has already contacted BaFin and will cooperate with BaFin's investigations."

The TVV owns 33,36% of Thielert AG shares.
