CENTURION trademark registered for US and Europe
Hamburg - The trademark CENTURION for the diesel aicraft engines of the Thielert Aircraft Engines GmbH (TAE) is registered for the USA and Europe. The United States Patent and Trademark Office filed the trademark in mid October 2003. The Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market of the European Union issued the registration in December 2003. The registrations were done without any objecting of third parties and now protects the trademark CENTURION for 90 percent of the world market. TAE uses the trademark CENTURION for the whole product range of jet fuel/diesel piston aircraft engines for general aviation.
