Further Expansion of the Worldwide Service Network
Lichtenstein - Thielert Aircraft Engines GmbH is continuing to expand the sales and service network for CENTURION engines. Aircraft manufacturers are also being included for that purpose, particularly in the USA. They will train the engineering staff in all aspects of servicing and maintenance on CENTURION engines. TAE is assisting American aircraft manufacturers with the technical training and is currently setting up its own training centre in Texas. In this way TAE will guarantee that customers get adequate service and support for their in any case reliable jet fuel engines, when the first jet fuel-powered piston aircraft are delivered in the USA. The first buyers of CENTURION engines in the USA are fleet operators such as flying schools. TAE will also be making engines available to leading technical universities for research and training purposes.
In EPIC Aviation, a further sales partner has been acquired for the countries of Central and South America. EPIC has its headquarters in Florida, USA. EPIC will take on both service and sales for CENTURION engines.
The number of representative sales partners worldwide thus rises to eight. In the meantime over 60 authorised and audited service centres, spread across more than 20 countries, guarantee service for CENTURION engines. More service centres have already been trained this year. Their auditing and acceptance into the service network is expected shortly.
